Why I Built LyvBoard
Football has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around the game and played it my entire life, from flag football as a kid through tackle football in middle and high school.
My dad played a big role in shaping my passion for football and my appreciation for teaching it the right way. From early on, the game was not just about playing. It was about understanding concepts and developing as a player.
Over the years, I saw how differently players enter the game of football. Some grow up immersed in it, while others are starting with little to no experience. Closing that gap requires clear teaching, patience, and repetition.
The best coaches I played for were not just strong strategists. They were teachers who could break down complex ideas and make them clear for everyone on the field.
I also saw how much time coaches spend organizing plays, preparing installs, and trying to communicate those ideas effectively. Too many tools make that process harder than it should be.
LyvBoard was built from those experiences. The goal is simple: help coaches teach the game of football more effectively while saving valuable time in the process.
